Thermal insulation

We offer reliable solutions for thermal and fire insulation of containers. Mineral wool and PUR panels ensure optimum protection and comfort according to your requirements. Choose the insulation thickness and internal lining to suit your exact needs.

Information

Mineral wool

Mineral wool is an insulating material consisting of inorganic fibres of natural or synthetic origin. Mineral fibre is obtained from fused rock (siderite, limestone, basalt, dolomite, basalt) and may also contain recycled raw materials such as glass and coke.

Container insulation consists of lining the ceiling, walls and floor with mineral wool, vapour permeable foil and sealing. The internal container lining and floor covering are also installed according to the client's requirements.

The thickness of the insulation is determined by the client. As a standard, it starts at 50 mm in the walls and ceiling and 100 mm in the floor, but a thicker layer can be installed according to the client's wishes.

Mineral wool panel

We use mineral wool panels wherever maximum protection of containers against fire is required.

The thickness of the panels is optional, for more information about mineral wool sandwich panels please contact us.

Pur sandwich panel

We use polyurethane panels that meet the technical standards according to certificate AT-15-7288/2007 and hygiene certificate HK/B/0275/01/2007. The panels have excellent thermal insulation properties - the heat transfer coefficient is 0.38 W/m²K.

  1. Profiled steel cladding giving the walls an aesthetic appearance.
  2. Hidden coupling giving the joints a uniform appearance.
  3. Large strand lock profiling giving neutrality to the protective coatings of the sheet metal.
  4. Double lock connecting the tiles guaranteeing high fire resistance properties.
  5. Auxiliary groove that ensures easier clamping of the lock.
  6. Profiled edges simplify installation and also increase thermal insulation.
  7. Continuous PU filling maintaining high heat insulation - applied during the manufacturing process.
  8. Aluminum foil to prevent water vapor from entering the PU foam core.
  9. Solid polyurethane foam core with very good thermal insulation properties.
