Metal Container a.s. was founded on November 29, 2006, and specializes in the production and sale of storage, residential, and special containers.
Our production takes place entirely under one roof – from the initial sheet metal cutting to the finished product. This process allows us to maintain maximum control over quality and ensures that each container reliably serves its purpose.
From the beginning, we have emphasized precision workmanship and customer satisfaction. We have successfully delivered our containers to countries such as France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic. This success is based on the superior technical training, modern machinery and craftsmanship of our staff, while we continuously invest in innovation and improvement of our production processes.
About our company
The manufacturing and administrative departments of our company are located in Svidník, Slovakia.
We can arrange product delivery to you in cooperation with our partners. Of course, you also have the option to handle transportation independently.
The quality of our production processes and final products is verified not only by our satisfied customers but also by certification authorities.
As part of the Operational Programme Competitiveness and Economic Growth, we carried out the renewal of part of the factory's machinery. Thanks to the Employment and Social Inclusion programme, we enabled employees to enhance their professional qualifications in their respective fields.
We manufacture our containers in a fully equipped factory in Svidník, eastern Slovakia. We meet the strictest European quality and safety standards.

Certified IAF
An independent certification body has confirmed that we meet the requirements of ISO 3834-2 as well as ISO 9001:2008 for welding, surface treatment and fabrication of steel structures.
Eurofunds
Our company has drawn down European Union funds for some development projects.
Within the framework of the Operational Programme Competitiveness and Economic Growth we have implemented the renewal of part of the machinery of the factory. Thanks to the Employment and Social Inclusion programme, we have enabled employees to improve their qualifications in their fields of work.
METAL CONTAINER, a.s. and the Secondary Technical Vocational School Svidník provide practical training of students in the field of study Mechanic of Machinery and Equipment.
In addition to practical skills and experience, students will also receive a company scholarship, a reward for productive work and, for the most skilful, a job after successful completion of their studies.
